Cancellation Policy

At Broadlands Golf Sim, all bookings are scheduled in advance to ensure that every player has their reserved tee-off time.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Bookings may be cancelled or moved up to 24 hours before your scheduled tee-off time.

There is no cancellation fee if your booking is cancelled within the allowed cancellation period.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before tee-off time may not be accepted, as the time slot has already been reserved for your booking.

No-Show Appointments

If you do not arrive for your booked time slot and have not cancelled in advance, the booking will be treated as a no-show.

No-show appointments will be charged 20% of the booking fee.

Running Late

Please arrive on time for your booking so that you can make full use of your session. Time slots are strictly scheduled, and late arrival may reduce your playing time.

Our golf simulator uses GSPro, a next-generation golf simulation platform designed by golfers to deliver a realistic playing experience.

GSPro combines detailed 4K graphics with realistic ball physics to recreate the movement and behaviour of a real golf ball. The software supports a variety of playing formats, including stroke play, scramble, Stableford, match play, best ball and alternate shot.

Players can choose from a constantly expanding library of more than 2,500 community-created courses from locations around the world. The GSPro community continues to design and release new courses regularly, meaning there is always somewhere new to play.

From scenic coastal layouts and challenging championship-style courses to relaxed rounds designed for social play, GSPro offers something for golfers of every ability.

Play a Quick 9 Holes

Practise on the Range

You do not have to play a course to enjoy the simulator. Book a range-practice session and focus on improving your swing.

The virtual driving range allows you to practise different clubs while receiving detailed feedback on your shots. It is an excellent option for warming up, working on your consistency or testing your distances in a controlled indoor environment.

Golf Lessons Coming Soon

We are currently working on bringing a golf coach to Broadlands Golf Sim.

Once available, players will be able to book professional lessons inside the simulator. The combination of professional coaching and detailed shot information will allow golfers to better understand their swings and make more focused improvements.
