Experience Golf in a Whole New Way

What Is Simulator Golf?

Simulator golf brings the experience of playing on a real golf course indoors. Using advanced launch-monitor technology, every shot you hit is measured and displayed on a large impact screen, allowing you to see the full flight of your ball in a realistic virtual environment.

You play using real golf clubs and golf balls, just as you would on an outdoor course. Select your club, aim your shot and hit the ball into the screen. The simulator tracks your shot data and recreates the result within the game; from powerful drives and precise iron shots to delicate chips.

One of the biggest advantages of simulator golf is that the game can be enjoyed throughout the year. Rain, wind, extreme heat or darkness will never interrupt your round. Whether you are an experienced golfer, a complete beginner or simply looking for an entertaining activity with friends, Broadlands Golf Sim offers a comfortable and convenient way to play.

A Simulator Setup Unlike Any Other

Broadlands Golf Sim has been designed to offer far more than a standard indoor golf session. Our specialised setup features a large curved impact screen paired with stunning 4K resolution, creating a wider field of view and a highly immersive playing experience.

We believe ours is the only curved-screen 4K golf simulator of its kind in the area, giving players the feeling of stepping onto the course rather than simply playing in front of a screen.

The experience extends beyond the technology. Our simulator room has been created with high-end comfort in mind, providing a premium and relaxed environment for individuals, groups and corporate events.

Players can also enjoy access to our on-site bar, making it easy to order a drink, relax between shots and turn a round of simulator golf into a complete social experience.

Whether you are practising on your own, playing competitively with friends or hosting a special event, Broadlands Golf Sim combines advanced technology, comfort and hospitality in one unique venue.

Powered by GSPro

Our golf simulator uses GSPro, a next-generation golf simulation platform designed by golfers to deliver a realistic playing experience.

GSPro combines detailed 4K graphics with realistic ball physics to recreate the movement and behaviour of a real golf ball. The software supports a variety of playing formats, including stroke play, scramble, Stableford, match play, best ball and alternate shot.

Players can choose from a constantly expanding library of more than 2,500 community-created courses from locations around the world. The GSPro community continues to design and release new courses regularly, meaning there is always somewhere new to play.

From scenic coastal layouts and challenging championship-style courses to relaxed rounds designed for social play, GSPro offers something for golfers of every ability.

Choose How You Want to Play

Play 18 Holes

Settle in for the full simulator golf experience by playing an entire 18-hole round. Choose your course, select your preferred tee position and test every part of your game.

An 18-hole booking is ideal for:

Groups of friends
Experienced golfers
Social competitions
Corporate activities
Players wanting a complete round

Play a Quick 9 Holes

Do not have time for a full round? A 9-hole session provides all the enjoyment of simulator golf in a shorter format.

It is perfect for an after-work game, a casual outing with friends or anyone looking to fit some golf into a busy day.

Practise on the Range

You do not have to play a course to enjoy the simulator. Book a range-practice session and focus on improving your swing.

The virtual driving range allows you to practise different clubs while receiving detailed feedback on your shots. It is an excellent option for warming up, working on your consistency or testing your distances in a controlled indoor environment.

Golf Lessons Coming Soon

We are currently working on bringing a golf coach to Broadlands Golf Sim.

Once available, players will be able to book professional lessons inside the simulator. The combination of professional coaching and detailed shot information will allow golfers to better understand their swings and make more focused improvements.

Lesson availability and booking information will be announced soon.
